FedEx is our premium method of shipment and is extremely reliable. Ideal for larger value orders and very fast delivery. This is our preferred method of shipment. FedEx takes delivery time 2-3 days door to door.

Some countries place restrictions on goods imported or charge customs duties or import fees. We send all parcels through Thailand We also recommend contacting your local government body prior to ordering e.g. Customs and Excise.

Missing Parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived in the expected delivery time please follow steps.
Step 1> Track your parcel online using the tracking number from your postage confirmation email.
Step 2> Visit your local Post Office or Mail Centre to see if they are holding the parcel for you.
