30-Days Return & Refunds Information

We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from BKGjewelry.com you can return the goods within 30 days of receipt for either an Return or refund (shipping is not refundable)

 

- When returning goods the item/s needs to be provided that it is returned in original, new, resell-able and unused condition.All returned items will be reviewed for any damage, wear, alteration, engraving, or resizing (by a jeweler other than BKGjewelry) that occurred after the item was shipped to the customer. If BKGjewelry determines that an item has been altered in any way, the item will not be accepted for return, and will be shipped back to you

- For your own benefit, when returning an item/s direct to bkgjewelry.com, we suggest using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This will ensure there is proof of delivery and insurance on the goods whilst in transit.

- Special Order – these items are Non Standard ring sizes (outside J-Q), all sizes (standard and non-standard) of Cocktail Rings, and any other item marked Special Order. Any product that is highlighted with a Special Order is non-returnable unless the product has a manufacturing fault. This is because it will have been made to order and therefore cannot be resold. This complies with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Return Instructions

1. Email us for request Return Code
Obtain a Return Code from a BKGjewelry Representative by Email BKGjewelry@gmail.com. You will be asked to indicate whether you would like a refund, exchange, resizing, or credit for your returned item.

2. Package Your Return 
Complete the return form located on the reverse side of your invoice, noting the reason for return and any comments regarding the return. Package your purchased item and original accompanying materials that were shipped with the into a securely sealed shipping box.

3. Insure and Ship the Package
Insure and ship the item back to BKGjewelry

Returns Process

Returned products must arrive at our office within 30 days from the time over the email. We will not accept returned items that are shipped, improperly packaged, or uninsured.If an item is accepted for return,
BKGjewelry will issue a full refund, exchange, or credit within 2-4 business days. The exchange of an item does not extend the original return policy; the replacement item must be returned within 30 days from the original purchase.
